My counselling practice runs from a private room in Buckhurst Hill, Harold Wood and Barkingside where you can be assured of your privacy and confidentiality. I offer a an initial free 15 minute telephone conversation which is an opportunity to you to talk a bit about how you are feeling and for us both to ask any questions before going forward with booking a session, it\u2019s an informal call and a good way to decide if I am there right counsellor for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our first session will be a chance to say hello, have an opportunity to talk about your concerns and make sure that we are comfortable working together. Then if you are happy to go ahead then we will plan subsequent arrangements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I offer face to face, telephone and Zoom counselling sessions which are for 50 minutes. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or whatever is convenient to you. They can be flexible with time or if you prefer a regular time and day this can be arranged. Some clients feel more comfortable, or find it more convenient, talking by telephone or Zoom, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I offer both short and long term counselling. There is no need to decide right away, we would review our work together as we go along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
